To watch the cable news shows of any stripe, the war machine is just a sort of quiet background white noise. It's just there, always has been, always will be, not really noticed and not to be questioned. I spare a moment for those families who lost loved ones to this ruling class side project, quietly waiting for someone to call out this atrocity. Very glad you're doing so.
