Thank you for this and the book title/author. I have been thinking this for YEARS! To me it just did not make any sense the 1% (ok 10%) using up all the human resources when that is what is giving them the life they have. Killing the golden goose is how I see it. If they keep going (and we let them) they will be making their own beds... If they have one left...
